       Causes of obesity 

In our daily life eating more calories than we can burn on a long term basis can lead to obesity. More time these extra calories join up  and lead to weight gain. 

In our daily life, a person having age from 20 to 60 should intake calories not more than from 2200 to 2500 per day. Women having the same age should not intake calories more than from 1900 to 2100 per day. 

But this is not always just about calories intake and calories drop . Some other causes are things you can not control. 


 Some common causes of obesity 

. Genetic, which can affect how  your body processes food into energy and how fat is stored. Growing older, pregnancy, not taking proper rest are common causes of obesity and being overweight. 

Psychological and other factors like depression can cause you to gain more weight. 

Antidepressants can increase the risk of the overweight. Quitting smoking is a better option for health but may lead to obesity and being overweight too.


     How to reduce obesity ?

There are many ways to lose weight. Obesity is a curable and controllable disease. If you control it before going to the 3rd stage. 

Naturally weight reduction is a better option for a Obese person.

 Other Ways are reducing the amount of calories, exercising, eating a healthy and balanced diet, getting enough sleep, Fasting can help people in losing weight.
