 West Virginia is found to have the biggest problem of obesity among other states of the U.S. due to adult obesity being about 40.6 percent.According to the US News the eastern state of U S has also been identified as the worst public health state and worst healthcare state.

Socioeconomic status (SES) plays an important role, which is closely connected with obesity.we can determine SES using variables such as income, occupation and education. Over time education is considered as the most stable variable.


According to the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 1971-1974,1976-1980, 1988-1994, and 1999 to 2000 of adults having ages of 20 to 60 years identified trends in obesity rates among SES levels.

In this article we have collected data from different sources of U.S department and centers. Many states are found obese. If the government couldn't get solutions then by 2050 the obesity rate would be 100 %.
